WCDMA/LTE RF Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in Georgia.
Position Title: WCDMA/LTE RF Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: April 2016
Duration: 3 months initial
Location: Tbilisi

Responsibilities:
- Act as a service delivery capability representative for special RF technical topics such as capacity management, features implementation, etc.
- Summarize existing experiences from both service and product and promote continuous development based on projects requirements.
- Handle technical solution review and solution customization request for special RF technical topics.
- Provide on site support for special RF technical topics in typical and complex scenario.
- Provide training for related department engineers.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 8 years RF related industry experiences, at least 3 years with WCDMA or LTE.
- Expert in network planning and optimization - coverage and capacity planning, optimization theory, RF projects delivery process design.
- Analyse network quality issues independently, provide feasible solution to resolve certain network performance problem.
- Experience to act as a key technical figure in RF delivery projects.
- English and Russian speaker.
