Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :
-Performing the Change Review Board (CRB) (50%)
-Manage and plan priorities of CRB items, create transparency
-Quality control on CRB items (check quality of changes and enforce effort estimations)
-Establish, update and communicate weekly CRB agenda
-Perform the weekly CRB
-Write meeting minutes, deposit minutes in DVS according to process, communicate minutes
-Work CRB items into HP ALM after the CRB (content, attributes and traces)
-Track meeting action items
-Document Managing (30%)
-Generate requirements documents from HP ALM (depending on the document: weekly, for milestones, or on demand)
-Prepare milestone documents for signatures and gather signatures (DVS and manual signatures)
-Maintain HP ALM states and align according to signed documents, generate baselines
-Generate and maintain traceability analysis
-Support team with DVS
-Maintain the requirements management plan c4c (5-10%)

Degrees: formation or bachelor with on-the-job training

Must-have Criteria:
-Reliability and responsibility
-Ask for clarification when in doubt and escalate when necessary
-Pragmatic approach
-Sense for what needs to be done
-Open to administrative tasks
-System know-how:
-HP ALM practical experience
-Ideally SAP DVS experience
-MS Office (Word, Excel)
