Pay & Reward Lead - Public Sector

We are searching for a strong Pay and Reward Lead for our Public Sector client based in London. This is a three month contract opportunity.
The maximum pay rate for this role is £380 per day
Key skills required for the Pay & Reward Lead

1.Senior pay, reward, recognition and benefits specialist, with demonstrable experience of delivering comprehensive reward structures and strategies within a client focused, change and delivery orientated environment
2.Proven experience and in depth understanding of interpreting and applying Civil Service pay and pensions policy, grading structures and employment terms and conditions
3.Track record of delivery in the design and implementation of reward strategies, managing pay and reward in a complex organisation
4.Experience in leading benchmarking, market analysis and the design, implementation of policies and procedures.
5. Possess a solid technical grasp of reward and benefits issues with extensive reward industry and product knowledge, including standard Job Evaluation tools.
6. Degree or equivalent level 5 qualification or extensive equivalent experience in reward
7.Chartered Member, CIPD
8.Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development

Desirable Experience:

1.Proficient in using SAP or other similar HR Information System
2.PRINCE2 or similar Project Management qualification
3.Hay job evaluation qualified assessor

The role is based in London
