Tangent International are urgently looking for a French Speaking Senior OSP Project Management Consultant to work a 6-12 month rolling contract in Guinea.
Job Requirement
1. Assisting Project director manage clients' (Government) requirement and design delivery strategy dedicated for Guinea NBN project;
2. Able to represent the client to negotiation with clients;
3. With ability of maintaining public relationship with high level government officers;
4. Over 25 years OSP implementation experience, especially on telecom civil work, over 15 years OSP project management experience;
5. Multinational management experience;
6. Familiar with project implementation process, with familiarity of transmission device is preferred;
7. Major on Telecommunication or civil engineering;
8. Native/fluent French speaker;
9. Able to speak English and good multi-culture communication skills
10. Able to work in Africa at least one year;
