Your new company
Leading Corporate and Wholesale Bank in the city are looking for a Interim Head of EMEA Anti-Bribery and Corruption. This company is an American Global Bank which will allow you to work in a dynamic Financial Crime team. You will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of the EMEA Anti-Bribery and corruption program and looking into global initiatives.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities for this role...
- Develop and review EMEA ABC standards and procedures in accordance with regional legal and regulatory requirements.
- Taking responsibility and rolling out the annual corporate Anti Bribery and Corruption Risk Assessment process for EMEA, including LOB assessments, gap analysis and controls mapping.
- Design and oversee Anti-Bribery and corruption monitoring and surveillance programs
- Design and deliver ABC training across the region.
- Be the primary point of contact for ABC escalations within EMEA.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have previously been the Head of Anti Bribery and Corruption in a previous role within a Bank. You will also have strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations around anti-bribery and corruption.
The candidate will be able to work in a high pressure environment and be able to work to tight deadlines. As well you will have strong stakeholder management experience to be able to communicate with different areas of the business.
