Campaign Manager | Online gaming | 3 months
What will you be doing?
- Work with key stakeholders, campaign partners to plan, create, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns using marketing best practice and adhering to budgets and brand guidelines. Align with internal team to ensure message is consistent.
- Own the clients customer contact strategy (Email, website, SMS and push), define and execute email, SMS and push campaigns to engage with customers on a regular basis
- Create and execute Cross sell and up sell campaigns to acquire new customers
- Define and built best practice email, SMS and push solutions, templates, test creatives, content, call to actions and improve conversions from campaigns
- Integrate automated trigger email campaigns throughout the customer life cycle to maximise response
- Manage the email segmentation
- Provide ongoing feedback via campaign analysis and accurate reporting of response v forecast, response rates, CPA, contribution, ROI and identify opportunities for enhancements based on customer behaviour and trends
