Your tasks:
- Drive set-up of a benefit tracking process incl. business case
- Develop benefit realization plan aligned to benefit clusters
- Identify risks and issues
- Define and implement approach to track project benefit realization
- Provide full transparency on the IT investment and associated benefits and ongoing transparency on portfolio delivery and benefit realisation
- Communication to senior stakeholders
- Implement and drive portfolio review processes
- Re-work existing process documentation and adapt to the company set-up
- Support change management processes
- Maintain and control portfolio risk and issue logs
Your qualifications
- Experience in supporting change projects in large organizations
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to structure and visualize project plans and concepts tailored to the audience
- Profound Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and open-minded personality
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in stressful situations
- Ability to adapt new challenges and changes in a fast-moving environment and provide fresh ideas and solutions
- Experience with IT projects within a trading environment and/or energy sector preferred but not essential
