My client, a market leader in providing innovative, cost-effective solutions are looking for an ITIL Technical writer to join their team.
ROLE;
As an ITIL Technical Writer you will be required to produce ITIL Service Management documentation library for the company. You must understand ITIL processes and have the ability to translate these into usable communication.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE;
- A relevant degree (eg. Computer Science, IT Technology or related IT field)
- Previous experience in technical writing of ITIL processes and hold an ITIL Managers certificate.
- Excellent proof reading skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work with technical staff to extract information that is needed to create technical documents.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
