Description

I am looking for a Salesforce ServiceMax Consultant for a 6 months contract based in Belgium.

Role: Salesforce ServiceMax Consultant

Duration: 6 months (initially)

Location: Belgium

Rate: Euros

Responsibilities:

  • Play the role of a Service Max Admin
  • Play active role in prioritization of user stories; grooming the backlog; stakeholder management
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community
  • Provide CRM expertise to sales & marketing teams to streamline, automate, and standardize core business processes on SFDC platform
  • Responsibilities include design business process, partnering on configuration, customization, user provisioning, data migration, and report/dashboard design

Mandatory skills

  • Extensive experience in implementing configuring, customizing Salesforce instance (minimum 200 users)
  • Must be well versed in Enterprise Edition or above
  • Extensive experience in Service Max
  • Ability to perform configurations and migrations
  • Formal Salesforce training
  • SFDC certified
  • Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
