Your New role :-
- Management and performance of all activities related to the analysis and modelling of the Business Processes/Procedures related to the Knowledge Assets to be included in the KM related platform and systems;
- Coordination of Business Process activities described above, with the DG's units' concerned and IT Unit;
- The Business Process Modelling and definition of the detailed procedures, could also include, i.a., the following activities: .Writing of Business Cases;
.Writing of User requirements, functional specifications;
.Review of the IT deliverables for their conformance to the Business/User requirements;
.Maintenance and refinement of the Knowledge documentation (Inventory, Taxonomy, meta-data, Policy documents, - How-to's- , etc.);
.Maintenance of the KM Organisation model, governance, roles and responsabilities, including its implementation in the related KM platforms and systems;
.Integration/interfacing or input in the ProcessNavigator, the REGIO's tool for formal procedure's definition;
.Wiki page design and wireframing;
- Ensure Support for KM-related users, training, coaching, communication;
- Facilitation of the KM Gardener network and other communities of practice;
- Production of statistics, survey, dashboard, lessons learned.
Your Skills and experience :-
- Consulting skills;
- Knowledge of RUP;
- Strong capacity to give presentations;
- Ability to apply high quality standards;
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator;
- Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
- Minimum a total of 6 years in either Change Management in the organisations, Knowledge Management or Business Analysis
LANGUAGES
- The consultant has to be fluent in English and French.
- Documents will be written in English.
