One of our clients, an international company in the payment industry currently requires a Marketing Coordinator
Start: enf of June
Length: min. until the end of the year
Location: Brussels
Travels: more than 80%
Role
- Implement Country Marketing Strategies and plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Support the Head of Marketing in media & customer activities related to assets, sponsorships, and campaigns
- Develop and manage media plans and buying with a strong focus on POS Activities, digital and social Media
- Plan and implement POS & merchant related and campaigns in direct coordination with agencies, merchants, customers and other service providers independently and implement Cross Channel Marketing (Social, Web, other channels) whenever applicable
- Optimize budget spent per project based on key country priorities and ROI
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing plans by working in full coordination with agencies, product and sales team and our customers
- Manage analytics to provide in-depth analysis of campaign and channel performance and ROI to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement
- Support Head of Marketing in regards to Marketing Forecasts, Invoicing, Management of contracts and Sponsorship assets.
- Deliver various reporting on campaigns, market development and budgets
All about you
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Communication (University of Applied Science or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns (with focus on digital, POS/Retail marketing) and project management
- Knowledge in the area of POS and ATL media campaigns including Digital/E-commerce, and social content marketing
- Consumer oriented and proactive mentality
- Strong Interpersonal, Influencing and negotiation skills
- Proven Marketing implementation/execution capabilities
- Agency Management Experience
- Analytical skills, reliability and good self-organization to handle various projects independently
- Fluent German and English language skills, knowledge of French is an asset
