Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to develop tools and management information that drives performance and key business decisions.
- A proven track record of implementing and developing M.I.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data and identify trends as early as possible.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Can disseminate information to colleagues and senior management accurately in an timely manner
- Good understanding of resource planning methodologies and service level dynamics
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge essential and good competency in other Microsoft Office programmes
- Self-motivated, organised, with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines which may be demanding
Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Successful individual should have previous experience of working within a business review function, ideally in a regulated environment. In addition, previous experience in bereavement banking processes would be preferable, although not essential
