Job Description
-
Run a PMO office for the a large delivery Programme, hands on individual contributor role
-
Improve or define standardised processes and tools for planning and reporting across the programme
-
Support WSLs/PMs on complex admin tasks
-
Assists PMs and PD in collating and reporting project and programme status.

Update the overall summary programme plan
-
Prepare presentations on Programme plans and progress
-
Provide standards, methodologies and set of tools to PMs
-
Management of project and programme documentation including schedules, plans, risk
and issues registers, and dependencies.

Coordination of plans between PMs and monitor resource usage.
-
Monitor and review Project performance.
-
Implementation and operation of project information systems and score cards
-
Quality monitoring and enforcement of standards.

Promote project management within the organization
Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated experience of building lasting relationships with a wide range of

Proven Stakeholder engagement and management experience.

Programme, Portfolio and Project Management.

Strong Track record of communicating complex ideas to internal staff up to Director
level.

Microsoft Project.
Additional Qualifications
-
Degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience
-
Project management qualification in project methodologies eg PRINCE2
-
Experience as a PMO Lead
