I am representing a client who requires a number of Systems Engineers for an initial 12 month contract based Bristol. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and skill level.
The rate is £22.70ph - £33.60 I appreciate the rate isn't the best but they are offering work for a long time after them winning a big contract.
The systems engineer should have an understanding in system design and architecture.
Familiar with Safety Critical Control system and software design development and testing techniques in adherence to DO-178 and ARP (4754 or 4761) standards
Experience with high level requirements capture at Sub System Level
Experience with Validation of High Level System and Software Requirements at Subsystem Level
Familiar with industry standard Design Tools and Techniques
Familiar with System Integration and V&V
Good communication skills both verbally and in writing along with proactive attitude
Exposure and experience with any of the following is desirable
Familiarity with certification requirements for aerospace
Familiarity with DO160
Familiarity with DO254
Familiarity with both ARP 4754 and ARP 4761
