Role Description

Lead the solution architecture throughout project life cycle (Business development, Presale, Scoping, Design, Development, Ongoing operations). Ensure solution meets customer business and technical needs by leveraging vendor assets and best practices while integrating with customer IT environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead the solution design throughout the project life cycle and be accountable for solution integrity.
2. Gain insight into customer's environment, challenges, and opportunities in order to propose areas where Vendor products and solutions can add value. Ensure proposed solution reflects Vendor value proposition and competitive advantage.
3. Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics.
4. Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in a clear and concise manner that is in the vernacular of each group.
5. Design cost effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements.
6. Guide various product experts with regard to the solution.
7. Create and support POC/demos and present solutions to client.
8. Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices.

Critical Experiences

1. Customer-facing experience.
2. Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business process.
3. Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards, for example: eTOM.
4. Experience in leading team in cross-Vendor domain solution.
5. Proven experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation.
6. Billing/BSS/CRM Experience
7. 5+ years Telecoms experience


Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information Systems.
