Sanctions Business Architect - Bank

The financial crime change programme is a group-wide strategic programme for my client ( a Nordic bank), which has a top-priority for the board and the bank. The target state is a global standard for mitigating financial crime and the programme's outcome will affect all current and potential customers as well as most services and products the bank offers.

Their sanctions compliance work-stream within the financial crime change programme is looking for Sanctions Business Architect to lead the design and oversee implementation of the Sanctions Compliance sub-set of the banks financial crime operating model (FCOM).

Initially you will take the leading role in the current state analysis, target setting, gap analysis, detailed design, and prepare initiatives for implementation.
You will then govern implementation initiatives to secure that the resulting capability implementation is according to the design principles and also provide support and guidance to the implementation teams were needed.

It is required that you have been acting in such a role before and that you have proven experience from preferably the Financial Sanctions domain or at the minimum within a broader Financial anti-crime domain.

You need to be able to demonstrate full Business Architecture experience cover all aspects of change and business capabilities.
As we are implementing the total FCOM in the bank, you will be the work-streams representative in the FCCP Design Authority and secure bidirectional alignment on design and transition states, as such also being in control of change management for the sanctions part.

English is the only language required for this role.
