Manufacturing MES operations
1. 8 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing industry, preferably MES operations tracking application configuration experience
2. Strong experience in Proficy for Manufacturing Discrete (PfMD), SOA/Work Flow, and Plant Applications or comparable competitive products
3. Good understanding of MES, PLM and ERP integration for Manufacturing Operations Management
4. Exposure to MES technologies, including automated data collection, visualization, quality and efficiency in manufacturing, SCADA, automated decision control, workflow, database applications, scheduling, and interface to ERP systems
5. Experience with various types of manufacturing including, engineer to order, make to stock, and make to order processes for both discrete and process industries.
6. Exposure to industry standard data models, such as S95, and key MES functions as defined by MESA
1. 12 to 15 years of experience in Manufacturing industry, preferably Control Systems Integration experience
2. Strong experience in design and build control system solutions using GE 90-30, GE RX3i, Rockwell, ABB and other supplier's hardware and software
3. Good understanding of OPC, serial and dialed communication for Control System integration
4. Exposure to MES technologies, including automated data collection, visualization, quality and efficiency in manufacturing, SCADA, automated decision control, workflow, database applications, scheduling, and interface to ERP systems
5. Experience with various types of manufacturing including, engineer to order, make to stock, and make to order processes for both discrete and process industries.
6. Exposure to industry standard data models, such as S95, and key MES functions as defined by MESA
1. Lanugage Proficiency: English, Polish
1. Work with Customers to define control solution requirements
2. Develop solution approaches and generate project proposals
3. Design and build control system solutions using GE and other supplier's hardware and software
4. Develop documentation and deliver training to customers as part of the deployment process
5. Provide modifications to the Customer's equipment and facility controls to accommodate successive implementation of new technologies being developed and made production ready
6. Develop and demonstrate sensor based and intelligent machine feedback to machine controls driving cycle, cost, and quality improvements
7. Own PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) program/code life cycle management including revision control, software quality, software security and software documentation
8. Develop dashboards and other user interfaces for Plant monitoring from mobile device screens to large TV/touch screens
Provide expert knowledge and experience to estimate the technical effort required for Control system integration that involves integrating hardware and software from multiple suppliers into a single control system solution for the business. Lead high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements.
Lead definition of high-performing control system integration to maximize efficiency while keeping costs in check.
