Salesforce Change Manager

Specifically, this role is responsible for the following areas:

* Responsible for facilitating change and end user adoption of the new system user community through change management methodologies (including training) and communication
* Collaborating with organisation's Change Champions within each region
* Set direction for regional Change Champions people to work with country key users.
* Conduct change management task and deliverable creation activities
* Contribute to a tactical Change Management plan
* Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification and the collection of demographic/psychographic information into stakeholder profiles
* Conduct stakeholder surveys Apply to stakeholder profiles
* Create resistance maps Develop mitigation plans
* Assess Change risks and document mitigating actions Fold Change risks into overall project risk profile
* Develop job impact analysis Populate with people/process/technology changes and mitigating actions
* Contribute to creation of communications plans, and develop communications content
* Integrate change management activities into project plan
* Evaluate and ensure user readiness
* Track and report issues
* Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Specific work experience/skills:
- Few years of Change Management experience in a salesforce implementation environment
- Experience working in global projects
- English speaking
