I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Service Manager for a leading pregnancy and parenting digital resource company.
Role
He/she will be working in collaboration with various departments to manage the development of effective Internet marketing/advertising campaigns with other key departments including Ad Operations and Technical groups. This will be to cover a maternity leave for 12 months.
The successful candidate will be working in a fun and friendly environment where the successful candidate will be joining a truly reputed company
Main Responsibilities
-Advising clients on best Internet practices by strategizing and development client promotions and media campaigns and the value the company can bring to the clients
-Manage development of online advertising banners and emails within timelines
-Keeps clients informed of all issues related to their campaign
-Analyse campaign results and metrics of success providing monthly reports
-Recommend ways in which client's ad performance can be optimized
-Work with both client and internal teams to develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships
-Contribute to overall media business and product planning, and support co-marketing activities with lead sponsor
Skills/Requirements
-Experience in a similar role with a comparable to over 2 years
-Advertising agency account management, media planning, Internet marketing or related experience
-Proven client management/partnership experience
-Analytical and project management skills and experience
-IT literate in Excel, PowerPoint, DoubleClick, DART, Sizmek
-Familiarity with online ad buying models and measurement desired
-A creative individual with strong interpersonal skills, both working internally as a part of a team and working with clients
