Description
Summary:- The Deployment Customer Liaison will work with IMS and key stakeholders in the DMB content submission process to ensure that the correct content is running on the Digital Menu Boards in each restaurant.
- The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate clearly and creatively adapt to a dynamic and changing business model, and has a basic understanding of digital and creative execution.
- The Deployment Customer Liaison will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive best-in-class strategies and tactics.
- Work with IMS to determine content errors
- Facilitate corrections to errors by communicating with appropriate, multiple stakeholders
- Providing thought leadership related to feedback and discussion from the field stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of company is a plus
- Attention to Detail, Flexibility
- Ability to influence others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to effectively communicate a message
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
- Strong sense of initiative
- Computer literacy in a Microsoft Office environment
