- Manage the design, development and implementation of new and amended written customer communications to support strategic projects.
- Stakeholder management - alignment of campaign objectives
- Ensure all content and creative is approved within deadline
- Working with copywriters and external agencies on campaign communication
- Working to brand guidelines
- Manage operational and regulatory risks
Essential Skills
- Ability to build strong relationships in internal and external parties at all levels
- Campaign and project management experience
- Confident at producing high quality communications both written and verbally
- Strong time management
- Excellent understanding of consumer journey within communication
- Experience within a regulated industry
- A technical understanding of document composition platforms end to end, including system driven communication and data
- Ability to quickly understand commercial aims and objectives
