My Client a Large Retail Bank are looking for an E-learning Specialist to join there Group Operational Risk Transformation Programme Team in London. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and understanding of developing and delivering eLearning and instructional training in accordance with needs of a change implementation programme.

Key Skills:

  • Candidate must be familiar with eLearning development methodology and be able to apply hands on development capability to the build of learning course ware
  • Strong experience in creating and developing classroom and online course content (Strong skills in the following applications are appreciated: PowerPoint, Camtasia, Captivate, Storyline Articulate)
  • Ideally experience of creating training products with a specific focus on IBM Open Pages software or Risk Management systems
  • Risk related experience, preferably with an Operational Risk background
  • You must be able to identify objectives, and determine supporting delivery networks within the wider global team
  • Experience delivering training focussed on the specific requirements of the core roles within the training audience
  • Strong experience with IBM OpenPages (Integrated governance, risk and compliance platform)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing senior stakeholders and multiple priorities at the same time. The role operates in a highly-matrixed organization requiring you to work with teams in diverse geographies and different time zones.
  • Create self-paced online IBM Open Pages systems training courses with best practice input from Business SMEs
  • As required, oversee external parties involved in the upload and publication of training courses
  • Research, investigate and outline new courses based on role holder and role specific IBM Open Pages system privileges, providing evidence and rationale to support storyboards/proposed learning content structure
  • Help test and maintain the courses as part of the Transformation implementation
  • Achieving global consistency in a complex organisation, with a variety of training approaches and materials adopted historically.
  • Must will be able to identify and escalate potential operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the roll out of the programme across the impacted businesses and functions.
