Description
A leading Consultancy, partnering with a UK and a European Retail Bank, are seeking to engage a Credit and Debit Card Consultant and Subject Matter Expert with First Vision experience, to provide crucial strategy and hands-on migration for the new merger.
The client is a leading Global Consultancy, although you will spend the time entirely on-site at the end client, with some travel to target branches. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Managers from the consultancy, and operate as part of a large team with an excellent level of business engagement and buy-in.
As the main Credit and Debit Card Consultant on the project, you will be instrumental in engineering and delivering new Credit Card Strategy and devising/launching new Credit Card offerings, whilst migrating Legacy platforms onto the new central system.
Working fully end-to-end from concept through to successful migration, you will oversee Design, Build, Test, Delivery and final warranty.
Customer Journey experience will also be a crucial part of the role
To reiterate, key experience must include:
- First Vision
- Extensive knowledge of Banking Processes for Credit and Debit cards
- Experience of major Card Migrations
- New Card Product setup
As the Credit and Debit Card Consultant and SME, You will work alongside IT from both sides of the new merger, as well as Third Party vendors, to deliver the new Credit and Debit card solution, and to that end you must demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as an innovative and optimistic personality.
In this London-based role, you will liaise with stakeholders across Europe in the next 18 months, ensuring that business requirements are met and delivered to the highest standards.
