Description
Our client requires the support of an interim Change & Communications Support manager to assist the Change Lead with a large scale Finance Transformation programme. You will primarily be responsible for internal communications but an understanding of Change programmes will be advantageous. This finance transformation will feed into a larger global change programme that is ongoing with the client.
The experience required is:
. 3 + years planning and managing complex change programmes
. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
. Extensive experience in developing and delivering Communications
. Process transformation implementation experience
. Finance process design and development experience
. Knowledge of Group Finance and/or Finance at country level an advantage
