Next Ventures is urgently looking for an English speaking SAP Change Request Manager for a role based in Paris .
Scope:
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the coordination of all changes from the initiation to the implementation and closure in SAP Finance and Purchasing. The changes will be performed by third-parties.
- Clarification of the requirements of change requests with relevant business
- Initial high level change impact analysis
- Prioritization of the changes with relevant business
- Change assessment approval (with the support of relevant SMEs)
- Change design review (with the support of relevant SMEs)
- Change deployment approval
- Coordination of the delivery (design/development/testing/implementation) with the relevant third parties
- JSOX (Japanese Sarbane Oxley) evidence collection and control
- Participation to the different change board (Ex: CCB- Change Control Board, CAB Change Advisory Board; Operational change follow up )
- Coordination of the Knowledge Transfer between different third parties
Skills required:
The senior consultant/manager should have SAP functional expertise on the main SAP modules: FI, CO, SD and MM. This expertise should be proven with at least seven years' experience in the domain. Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (SAP PI/iDOCs) are also required.
It is expected that the person or persons providing the service should be familiar with ITIL service life cycle.
Experience in cross-functional projects and multicultural environments.
Start date: 15th July
Languages: Fluent English.
Location: Paris
Duration: 6 - 12 months + extensions.
