Combat Systems Senior Engineer - Guided Weapons
A Combat Systems Senior Engineer is required to work on a twelve month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Bristol.
This is a 12 month contract with a leading UK Defence Business
Overview of the Combat Systems Senior Engineer contract role
Contribute to the Guided Weapons engineering design for the T26 GCS. Whilst also contributing to the integration of T26 Guided Missile Systems within the wider Combat System.
Key skills required for the Combat Systems Senior Engineer
- Strong organisational and communicating skills.
- Good written skills with an ability to write, review and agree technical documentation and e-mails.
- Understanding of capabilities already available within the business and other domains.
- Knowledge of appropriate engineering development methodologies, strategies and toolsets used on T26 GCS.
- Domain knowledge of Guided Weapon Systems
- Knowledge of Guided Weapon & Combat System interface requirements.
- Good written skills with an ability to write, review and agree technical documentation and e-mails.

The role is based in Bristol - commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cirencester, Swindon, Devizes, Trowbridge, Bath, Taunton, Bridgwater, Weston-Super-Mare, Newport and Cardiff
