Description
Our direct client has three openings for Program Performance Analysts in Austin, TX. These are 12 month contract positions to start August 1st. Targeted pay range is $17-20/hr DOE.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Access)
- Advanced level Excel skills are required (macros, reports, spreadsheets).
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating Professional documentation; creating process documentation
- Gathering data from multiple data sources to compile into performance metrics
- Participating actively in weekly team status meetings and Program Management Office (PMO) meetings.
- Providing constructive insight into how to make processes more efficient
- 40 hour work week, Monday-Friday, standard business hours 8am-5pm CST
