Environmental & Social (ES) Risk Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Independent ES risk analysis for global deals in sectors with potentially high environmental and social impacts such as extractive industry
- Development of ES risk profiles in context of client-reviews and adoptions
- Co-Development and implementation of the ES risk governance including policies and guidelines and monitoring-systems
- Drafting of Senior Management briefings and briefings for other internal stakeholders
- Development of ES trainings for business divisions
- Drafting of reports according to established and internal guidelines
Your qualifications
- Profound banking experience
- Strong knowledge of banking (products and processes), emphasis on risk and compliance processes are a plus
- Profound experience in corporate rating/evaluation
- Good understanding of ES issues and current ES standards is an advantage
- Very good analytical skills, well-organized and great attention to detail
- Strong operational and people skills, including the ability to operate with diverse teams
- Fluency in German and English is required with very good oral and writing skills
