A Top Tier Investment Bank are recruiting for a Customer/Product Owner to perpetrate continuous improvement and in depth analysis of customer behaviours, requirements and experiences to deliver an innovative digital experience within the Wealth Programme inclusive of proposition development.
The customer/Product Owner will think of innovative and sustainable ideas to improve our exposure on a Digital platform to enhance and improve the customer wealth experience with the Robo Advice proposition.
This position is an 18 month contract and is paying from 600pd to 1000pd.

Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery plans are appropriate, taking into account impact on Service Delivery, front-line Wealth colleagues and customer experience.
Work closely with the Business Architect in driving and delivering customer centric platforms and operating model changes
Embed the concept of Customer centricity within change processes and governance.
Act as the focal point in coordinating and preparing for comprehensive presentations, briefing materials for senior stakeholders on Wealth Transformation in all governance meetings and any other ad-hoc requests.
Assisting the shaping and structuring of the project with a view to maximising customer experience.
Ensure appropriate, governance, and resources are in place within budgets and given timescales
Ensure a plan to track milestones, deliverables, risks, costs and issues are in place and realistic
