Review option around the various commissions systems,
Review the landscape across 2 organizations for employee commissions and direct and indirect business commissions.
This will help us shape the correct strategic direction with costs and benefits the business should take.
Review multiple Commission system across 2 organizations and come up with strategy of merging of the system
Identifying the best IT architecture for their requirements using custom and standard solutions
Organise workshops for business users on AS-IS and Future state system environments to accelerate their involvement in on-going project
Create the process flow diagrams
In-depth understanding and experience on complete commission project life cycle
Design of interface between multiple commission systems
Coordinate with key business users for Data discovery, Data Cleansing and Data mapping activities
