SAP CRM Architect
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Duration: 6 months

Job description:
- 10-15 years experience in IT industry
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of delivering SAP based IT Consulting services leveraging best-in-class IT governance across specific industries
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Apps packages
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience (eg providing Package based IT consulting services in MFG for 3 years)
- Proven CRM subject matter expertise
- Certification in a process area for SAP CRM
- Proven track record of Functional/Configuration knowledge of identified processes in at least one package
- A minimum experience of leading 2 Business Transformation engagements
- Appreciation and experienced in SDLC models and package specific methodologies such as ASAP
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Solutions for BT deals with at least 50% success record
- Experienced in providing strategic direction in the areas of Business Process Transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, Portfolio management, critical Problem Solving
- Ability to engage with senior leadership via
- Demonstrated thought leadership
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to address specific client needs
- Adept development of Business Cases for varied process transformation/optimization initiatives
- Ability to influence and lead
- Work in fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Successfully develop and deliver Education and Training sessions on specific Process/Package area of expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work with and manage in an Onsite/Offshore environment
- Strong experience in working on project teams and structuring recommendations
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills using PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, Statistical software and other supporting software to get the job done
- Proven track record of contributing towards developing thought capital through creation of executive presentations, point-of-views, and white papers
