Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Platform developmention

Our client, a leading Investment Bank has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of the new regulatory platform.
The role requires a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with in depth cross product knowledge and previous experience of platform design in accordance to regulatory standards.
Duties will include:

Documenting business and functional requirements.

Working with the client to design and implement the new platform

Looking at ways to improve the manner in which Trading P&L and Balance Sheet activities are managed in accordance with the regulatory reporting requirements.

Identifying new ways to use the financial data for a reporting perspective.

System Testing
Key skills required:
-
Excellent understanding of the front to back trade life cycle gained from working previously in/alongside Front Office.

Product knowledge of one or more: FX, bonds; Securities; OTC derivatives (Interest & Credit).

Strong understanding of reference data for products - counterparty data or instrument data.

Excellent Datamodelling skills and the ability to manipulate multiple complex data streams.

Understanding of system development life cycle.

Strong track record of delivery.

Extensive Investment Banking background.
