Responsibility to all deployment activities within Production Planning area of a SAP CORE solution (SAP PP) - Fit/gap workshop, functional design of gap, liaise with team in France for solution build, liaise with team in India for site configuration build, coordinate PP data objects migration and liaise with offshore team in India, training, use and enrich deployment kit, support test for integration and user acceptance tests, support solution during post go-live period
Conducted design workshop, design specification writing, managing a PP/QM all along project phases (Scoping, Design Build, Test and Go Live support)
Present and defend a Core model to push the use of a standard solution
