We are looking for a Specialist in Global Media and Marketing who will work alongside the Global Media & Marketing Strategies Director, supporting the operational set-up of the clients global marketing across 13 countries and be a key contributor in creative content efforts.

You will work with the clients Global Brand Marketing team, a leading-edge organisation dedicated to leveraging digital technologies to drive revenue and customer value for the clients businesses and the brand. You will collaborate with some of the best external agencies and internal leaders to implement marketing strategy around the world. You will report to a dynamic, fast-paced global team and support critical pieces of the global marketing growth. You will also liaise with regional digital leads and agencies across the world to enable campaigns, operational processes and team collaboration.

This is an operational role that requires strategic thinking and the ability to adapt and work quickly to provide solutions and guidance to meet the objectives of the position.

Your tasks/responsibilities will include:

  • Operational set-up of global marketing campaigns to enable global marketing initiatives to be adapted, implemented, measured and shared across multiple markets
  • Coordinate international financial processes, by making the link between the global financial team and local financial leads.
  • Lead and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment that have measurable results and illustrate clear impact against the team's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate across your team, regional teams and agencies to adapt, launch, follow-up and report on global marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the collaboration of regular calls and meetings designed to enable specific campaigns, knowledge sharing, new skill development or operational reviews in partnership with Global Brand Marketing team and agencies.
  • Work in partnership with the Global Media and Marketing Strategy Director, to execute global marketing campaigns and new platform growth.
  • Support the Global Finance Manager on quarterly billing cycle by engaging with local finance leads.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline.
  • Ideally a minimum 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or related function.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills able to convey information to audiences with direct knowledge of or no direct knowledge of the subject matter, including senior leaders.
  • Accommodate global time zones when required.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on style able to act independently with the integrity required to establish credibility with external partners and across the regional, business, operational and marketing teams.
  • Execution orientated and operationally focused with strong business instincts and strategic acumen.
  • Collaborative with the ability to build cross-functional and cross-divisional relationships.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple situations concurrently, and easily able to communicate progress.
