Tangent International are seeking a Fibre Services Engagement Manager to work a 6 month extendable contract based in Ireland.Pay - €500 per day
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Identify & proactively drive new business opportunities, generate & manage leads to develop revenues from fibre services for the customer unit in Ireland.
- Deliver customer value & thought leadership in the area of fibre services. Identify sales opportunities for the fibre services and lead engagement for same from solution and services perspective.
- Conduct in-depth business focused discussions with the customer & analyse customer business environments, requirements, plans & issues to translate into the led propositions.
- Lead the development of local fibre services propositions through solutions comprising services, tools and processes in conjunction with ASP teaming partner offering.
- Lead proposal services solution costings through partner offerings and innovation in delivery such that the business case is robust and the business case to the customer is as value adding.
- Build, manage & expand the local fibre services offering to support customer opportunities and aligned to the copanies fibre services strategy.
- Drive delivery and contract readiness activities for the customer proposals in-flight.
- Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust
- Translate learnings and insights from pilot and trial phases through to update services solution. Ensure solution status through delivery phase

- 5-10 years' experience of relationship sales & from ICT industry with focus on fibre infrastructure. Experience in passive optical network deployments
- Understanding of FTTx topology including mixed networks with GPON, G.Fast, VDSL, HFC, Docsis. Knowledge of passive optical network deployment methods and tools
- Up-to-date market insights on operator, prime and sub-contractors for passive optical networks
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Excellent communication and presentations skills.
