Commercial Officer - SAP
A Commercial Officer with SAP experience is required to work on a twelve month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our defence client based in Glasgow.
This is a 12 month contract working for a leading UK defence company.
Overview of the Commercial Officer contract role
You will be required to provide a focal point for all bid and project delivery activities within the Environmental Test Facility (ETF). As well as co-ordinate technical proposals including technical objectives, resource requirement (hours as a forward load and materials) and project plan, including as a minimum a baseline schedule, milestones, deliverables and risks and opportunities.
Key skills required for the Commercial Officer
- Excellent computer skills including - MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project), Access, Predict! and Visio.
- SAP super user.
- Knowledge of finance and business management systems.
- Proficient in the use of CITRIX Forward Load Tool.
- Proficient in the use of Teamcenter.
- Workspace super user to ensure document control compliance.
- Strong People management and communication skills.
- Strong People management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the capabilities and facilities of the ETF.
- Ability to be flexible and keep up to date with multiple projects.
The role is based in Glasgow - Commutable from Kilmarnock, Paisley, Greenock, Stirling and Falkirk with excellent access from Edinburgh.
