Validation Scheduler - 6 month contractThe Role
To design and implement a validation scheduling processes and integrate this into a management system in collaboration with the Validation Team and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- The development of a scheduling process for all validation activities including routine validation reviews and requalifications, validation support for capital projects and lump sum purchases and change control.
- In consultation with validation management and key personnel, develop and implement an electronic management system / tool to schedule and report validation tasks and resources.
- Data cleansing and migration from current systems into a new management system / tool.
- Once systems are in place, manage the routine scheduling of validation tasks and resources.
- Report performance to validation management.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a University Degree or equivalent experience as well be able to meet the following requirements -
- Experience in system administration and dynamic scheduling in a regulated industry.
- Competent in use of MS Office products and experience in use of proprietary software packages (e.g. SAP, Trackwise, database systems).
- Problem-solving skills: forward planning, need to be able to anticipate and deal with problems before they happen and deal with problems effectively when they arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process and prioritise data from a number of sources to meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Good team player with the ability to support and understand others within their responsible area.
- An understanding of the Regulations and Guidelines pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry.
