Description
Our client, a large Oil & Gas major is looking to recruit an experienced Cyber Security/Information Security candidate to take on a year long contract in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the development of procedures, policies and forms within Cyber security and Information Security to fully comply with the United Arab Emirates's Nuclear Regulation (FANR) and to support operational readiness for the Nuclear Power Station.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Authoring Cyber Security/Information Security Documents
Responsibility:
- Perform activities within NPP Cyber Security Program;
- Perform activities in line with the cyber security objectives of the NPP;
- Participate in activities to remediate issues regarding cyber security
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders
- Develop the NPP Cyber Security Program, Policies, and Procedures
- Liaising with physical personnel security leads
- Understand the cyber security aspects of the overall architecture of plant networks, operating systems, hardware platforms, software platforms, operating system & applications, and the services and protocols upon which this applications rely.
HSE
Responsibility:
- Follow all relevant company's HSE policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to self and others to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment, who are at the employee's place of work who may be affected by the employees acts or omissions at work.
