SAP PP/APO Solution Architect - Gothenburg- 6 months
My client currently has an urgent 6 month contract opportunity for an SAP PP/APO Solution Architect to be based in Gothenburg on a 6 month contract.
The chosen consultant will need to be available form the 1st of September as well as having experience relevant to the job specification below:
Experience needed:
- Hands on Experience of providing SAP solution consulting for a large Manufacturing organization with specific experience in SAP PP, APO, QM and WM modules
- Ability to qualitatively analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices
- Experience of at least 3-4 SAP End-to-End Implementations in PP, APO and related modules of QM and WM
- Ability to evaluate and guide on handling technical dependencies under Multi IT Partner engagement in driving large programs,
- Expertise in Defining Testing approach in terms of comprehensiveness, health check of system, performance testing, etc.
- Exposure to defining Cut Over strategies for Business, Lead Productive Data Migration and Reconciliation from a holistic perspective
Role Description:
- Responsible for overall Solution architecture for the To Be business processes under project scope
- To play the role of SPOC or Go to person for Business for all aspects related to overall SAP solution designing.
- Responsible for providing direction and guidance to all other tracks towards Quality of Realization
- Set rules and regulations for System configuration, development cycle, naming conventions,
- Set templates for documents - Configuration document, FS, Migration templates, Test scripts, Training manual
- Set up Review mechanism for process design and above documentations. Authority to Review any document across tracks and direct course corrections
- Define best approach for ensuring Integration testing and related master data creation by all track consultants
- Propose best method to Define Cutover strategy for Business Cut over and Reconciliation post Productive Cut over.
- Guidance in Analyzing any CR and its impact on existing Process design, additional effort needed and schedule impact
- Be a Go-To Person on guidance for Functional and technical consultants
- Provide consulting inputs in strategic and critical topics.
