Description:
You are strong in communication, stakeholder management and are fluent in verbal and written English.
It is preferred, if not required, that you have; experienced from the financial industry, worked in large, international organisations and that you have experience from compliance projects
In this role, you are responsible for identifying, analysing, documenting and getting sign-off on business requirements, business impact and related business and delivery risks.
You will contribute to, or drive, end-to-end process design and implementation in the receiving organisation.
You will contribute to quality assurance, test and validation of deliveries, ensuring that these are meeting the requirements.
In this role, you have multiple years' experience from business change projects.
You are analytic and have an eye for connecting big picture with important details. You are a great facilitator, both in workshop formats and in stakeholder dialogues aiming for decisions.
You are structured and based on best-practice methodologies for business and IT change and specifically in business and requirements analysis.
You cover a good sample set of change and analysis methods, techniques and notations and have valid certifications.
You can yourself drive initiatives from early scope to validated end-results, in close cooperation and agreement with stakeholders.
You regard set hard-deadline as a motivator and you will do what it takes to deliver within this.
