QA Lead Analyst
One of our leading clients is looking for a QA Lead Analyst with experience in Software Testing in a Banking and Finance domain and in leading QA Team. This is a contract duration for 6-12months +.
The QA Lead Analyst will be responsible for:
- Preparing MTP and leading the QA Team
- E2E QA responsibilities of testing the Projects
- Test planning risk analysis
- Communicating with Business teams to understand the requirements and prepare test scenarios and decide the Test Coverage
- Hands on HP ALM [Defect Tracking tool]
- Create acceptance test and prepare test data
- Perform manual testing: exploratory testing and manual acceptance test
- Understanding of software design
- Financial knowledge is a plus
- QA related Certification (ISTQB and Scrum) would be an added advantage
- Experience in Banking and Finance Domain is preferred.
- e2e requirements methodology (nice to have)
- Hands on experience on Agile methodology. [Nice to have]
- Defines team's deliverables, content and quality metrics
- Able to manage the project on his/her own.
- Ensures team has adequate training, consulting and tools to deliver objectives
- Provides expertise, direction, coaching and development to build the team capability
- Establishes succession plan for key positions
The QA Lead Analyst should ideally have the following:
- Experience in Software Testing in Banking and Finance domain and in leading QA Team
- Should have hands off experience on Defect tracking tools like HP ALM and aware of Testing methodologies
