Your tasks:
- F2F Meeting Support
- Identification of key areas of coordination and synergies with other programs and business functions (e.g., IDMP, TARIS, etc.)
- Engaging with business, informatics and other cross-Roche program stakeholders to enable optimal coordination
- Status reporting information needs, templates and processes (e.g Project Reports (Clarity))
- Manage meetings and capture RAID and maintain program project plan
- Document key program and workstream level milestones
Your qualifications
- Multiple years of relevant experience in a multinational company as an IT Project Manager using structured project management processes
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Excellent English language skills
