Mechanical Design Drafter II, Pro-Engineer - Wildfire 5.0 or CREO 2.0 - Cleveland, OH - JOB
Salary Range: $31.00 - $38.50 per Hour/Contract to Direct Hire
A well-established aerospace engineering company specializing in integrated products and spaceflight hardware development services is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Design Drafter to develop detailed design drawings and specifications for unique mechanical components.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma + 5 years of related work history
- 5 years' experience Mechanical design including experience in geometric tolerancing using ASME Y14.5. Design, Detail & Check part/assembly drawings. Ability to perform stack-up calculations insuring fit, form and function.
- Pro-Engineer: Wildfire 5.0 or CREO 2.0 is required. MS Office proficient.
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for unique mechanical.
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component design.
- Follow work on assigned tasks through all phases to completion and delivery.
- Inform Project Management and/or Program Management of progress and issues.
- Assist engineering staff and project managers as needed.
Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
