Office 365 Business Analyst

Office 365 Business Analyst is required to join London head quartered and well known organization to help deliver an Office 365 work stream. The company are right at the start of their journey with Office 365 and are looking to implement the full suite of products over the next 12 months.
The role will require the Office 365 Business Analyst to lead the requirement gathering activities from departments within the business and meet with key stakeholders. The role will require you to undertake business analysis activities to help define the business opportunity/problem and then work closely with the senior IT team to shape the business architecture to support Office 365.
Office 365 Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gather
- Stakeholder Management, Workshops and interviews, to help gain approvals.
- Manage change processes for requirements documentation
- Evaluating the quality of deliverables, including those from 3rd party suppliers.
- Critically review and evaluate any proposed solutions and ensure they are aligned business strategy and office 365 capability
- Translate the requirements from non-technical staff to the development/Infrastructure team
Office 365 Business Analyst Essentials:
- Proven experience working within a business rollout of Office 365 applications
- Expert knowledge of the solutions within the Office 365 suite including Exchange, OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint etc.
- Knowledge of migration methodology and system architecture
- UAT Testing
- Stakeholder / Supplier Management
Office 365 Business Analyst Desirables:
- Educated to Degree level
- Recognised Business Analysis Certification
