- This Customer Service Executive role sits in the Bereavement and Annuities department, purpose is arranging for customers annuities to be closed after passing and set up window payments.

Purpose of the role
- This Customer Service Executive roles are in the Bereavements and Annuities departments. The purpose of this role is helping loved ones and executors arrange for customers annuities to be closed after our customer has passed away and set up widow payments if required
- Our focus is to deliver great Customer Service and excellent standards of work
The day to day will require work to be processed with high level of written communication and some outbound calls to chase up outstanding information.

Ideal candidates will have office based admin experience, able to prioritise workloads, organised, PC literate and able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise way.
