Cisco Engineer/Analyst - CCNA-CCNP
Minimum of seven years of experience in Information Technology with at least four years of design and support of Cisco Systems' products.
They must have someone who can write, erase, load and upgrade, Cisco code to the hardware and mobile devises.
They must be able to log successfully into a switch. They must have network design experience.
They do not want a manager but someone who is hands on.
They want someone who can articulate well to the customer verbally and in writing. They do not want a bootcamp CCNA person but rather someone who has real experience.
Network Engineer experience, that will be fine.
This position is responsible for the design, implementation, testing and documentation of complex data network solutions. This position requires a thorough understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and Firewall technologies.
The successful candidate will be a self starter who exceeds with little supervision.
Job Description: O Plan, design, test, implement and continue improvement of enterprise network solutions.
O Configuration of Cisco IOS configurations, testing and implementation of new network hardware devices (Routers, Firewalls, Switches.) into the existing network infrastructure.
O Proactively manage the corporate network. Responsible for the maintenance and support of network hardware devices across the entire network. O Provide audit statistics and participate in the capacity planning process.
O Maintain accurate diagrams and configurations for all network devices.
Cisco Certifications CCNA, CCDA desired. CCNP, CCDP, CCIE preferred.
O Experience with network hardware/software solutions: Cisco Routers and Switches, Checkpoint Firewalls, Nokia load balancers, Cisco ACS, Ciscoworks, Cisco wireless controllers and APs and Cisco VPN concentrators.
Local candidates preferred. Must be able to work W2 hourly only.
