Experienced Business Analyst with Risk & Governance experience required for 6 Month Dublin Contract.
Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will join our client's Change Programme reviewing and documenting business processes for the Mortgage Arrears Unit with a particular focus on collections strategy design, implementation and testing.
The Senior Business Analyst will be a seasoned professional with a broad financial services background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with key stakeholders and business units to define requirement (s) documents
- Analyse business change needs and assess the impact of those changes
- Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders & present outcomes to management
- Ensure all changes meet Regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback to stakeholders and customer teams
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A 3rd Level Qualification
- 6+ years Business Analysis experience
- Strong Financial Services background
- Good Compliance and Risk experience
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
