You will work with the UKI Marketing team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that will inspire your audience and grow the Sophos business, you will be involved in supporting all aspects of a campaign from planning to measurement of success. UKI Marketing work closely with the UKI Sales team, ensuring join up on strategy to deliver the goals for the region. This role is based at our £32M headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire Requirements of role • Ensure that agreed marketing campaign activities are delivered to plan and within agreed timelines within budget including; creation of collateral, copy writing, proof reading, email creation • Market research - use industry reports, web search to gain relevant marketing data i.e. potential new partners • Event support: management of registrations, venue liaison, creation of delegate packs & event materials such as badges, freebies, where necessary attendance at events • Input marketing leads into CRM system and run appropriate reports to check progression of leads from marketing activities • Work with suppliers to source print, branded merchandise securing three quotations to gain the best possible price and quality • Use internal systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Box.com to update information, raise purchase requests and track expenditure • Provide copy and content for UK Marketing communications (Newsletters, E-mails, presentations). • Manage branded stock and print material for UK and organise the distribution of these materials to both partners and end users when required, including the shipment of event materials. • Help to ensure that UKI subsidiary teams, including sales, support and customer services, are kept up-to-date with planned marketing activities. Skills and Experience Essential • Current student of Marketing, Business or other relevant field • Good project management and organizational skills • Strong written skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience of MS Office, particularly Excel Desirable • Previous work experience in an office environment • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques & social media • Passion for technology Benefits The remuneration package includes: • Annual holiday entitlement of 25 days (pro rata) • Subsidised staff restaurant • Free beverages, fruit and pastries Working hours are 9AM - 5:30PM, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
