Scope of Services:
Telecommunication experience 4 to 6 years including 2 to 3 years as Implementation Manager
Experience with Huawei France as Project Manager or Implementation Manager. Ideally experience in RATP indoor installation (IBS) and commissioning. Knowledge of Huawei equipments and procedures. Responsible of managing daily operational tasks and teams to reach the target, quality, acceptance, health & Safety, French speaking mandatory as well as English oral & writing

Responsible for daily operational activities.

- Planning resources with line manager and technical department.
- External communication subcontractors and client (operational level).

Responsible to follow strictly the Master plan delivery
- Planning according to target.
- Monitoring and controlling quality
- Managing delivery team for result targeted.
- Change request.
- BOQ delivery equipments to subcontractors or to sites.
- Resolve shortage of equipments on sites.
- Driving PR/PO to subcontractors
- To execute installation according to solution approved by Technical director
- Acceptance with client and subcontractors.
- To provide corrective actions
- Driving change request.
- Driving extra cost (feedback).
- To escalate immediately any stopper
- Cyber security and Health & Safety

Reporting to PM or PD
- Daily communication
- Preparing weekly progress Powerpoint.
- Escalation to PM/PD
Interfacing client
- Daily operations
- Weekly progress meeting with his/her interface.
