Description
Our client has a requirement for an O365/Outlook expert to help them with a new project, role would include supporting with the following:
Login failure
Connectivity, access and synchronization issue with Exchange Online
Non delivery messages
Calendar and booking
OAB downloading issues
All unsolved incident in relation to Level 2 support
Liaising with the involved teams and following up with the Microsoft Support Incident ( MOSSUP and Premiere )
Editing technical documents ( in English )
Participation to the Bridge Calls ( or Conference calls ) with all the concerned teams in the project
Skills and Experiences:
- Outlook 2016 expert
- O365 (Exchange 2013) expert
- Knowledge on the others Office applications (Access, Word ..)
- English fluent
- Good English and French writing
